A Mexico City native, Pam Avila de Deckman has lived in two of the most important diving and fishing locations in Mexico; Cancun and Los Cabos.
Completing her degree in Food Engineering, Iberoamericana University in 2004, she started work in one of the biggest Hotel & Restaurant suppliers in Mexico, Grupo EPTA. After two years, her charisma, skills and passion for high level gastronomic food took her to Cancun, as General Manager of the fine food division Tendencia Gastronomica of Grupo EPTA.
From Cancun, Pam moved to Cabo San Lucas, with the same company, where she, her husband Drew and their beautiful Golden Retriever named Dixie still reside.
Pam is a skilled fisherman, waterwoman and has her PADI Open Water and Nitrox Diver certifications.
For Pam it is an honor to be part of this unbelievable crew, her goal while onboard is, regardless of The Pacific Provider's location, to help members and their guests to feel at home.
